I stayed at Cascade Village hoping for a nice getaway, but it fell short of expectations. The location is decent, just a couple miles from the Purgatory Resort, which was a plus. However, the room was in poor condition and cleanliness was an issue. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place unless significant improvements are made.
We had a mixed experience at this resort. While the location near Purgatory was convenient and the indoor pool was decent, the condition of our unit left much to be desired. We encountered cleanliness issues, dated amenities, and a lack of proactive service, which made our stay less enjoyable. However, some areas of the resort, like the newer units and the beautiful views, could be appealing for future visits.
My stay at Cascade Village was really disappointing. Although it had some spacious options and a nice view, the overall condition of the unit was terrible. The cleanliness was subpar, and I encountered several maintenance issues. With the proximity to the ski area being a plus, I’d suggest looking elsewhere for a more enjoyable experience.
Our family had high hopes for our stay, but it turned out to be a challenging experience. The location is likely excellent for skiing in winter, but visiting in the summer without AC made for a very uncomfortable stay. While the condo we ultimately stayed in had some good amenities and felt like home, the lack of proper accessibility and poor check-in process was frustrating. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place for a summer visit, especially for anyone with mobility issues.
My stay at Cascade Village was incredibly disappointing. While the lodge has potential with its nice exterior and grounds, the inside left much to be desired. The rooms were dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained. I wouldn't recommend it, especially given the poor conditions I encountered.
